Georgian Association of Epidemiologists and Infection Control Specialists

The Association of Epidemiologists and Infection Control Specialists of Georgia is a non-entrepreneurial (non-commercial) legal entity that was registered on December 18, 2015 by the National Agency of Public Registry of Georgia. The English name of the organization is “GEORGIAN ASSOCIATION FOR PROFESSIONALS IN INFECTION CONTROL AND EPIDEMIOLOGY”. Abbreviated version in English: “GAPINCE”. About 100 members are united in the organization, including epidemiologists, medical quality managers, infection prevention and control specialists, clinicians, public health professionals, nurses, professors, students from various organizations in Tbilisi and the regions, including clinics, municipal public health centers, From educational institutions, whose field of interest is infection prevention and control in medical and public institutions, as well as safety issues of medical services and other related activities.
