Prevention and control of healthcare-associated infections in healthcare facilities

By the decision of the Professional Development Council, the program was granted accreditation – N 0498 and 12 Type I UPG points, which are mandatory for doctors of a specific profession under current legislation. This program is intended for physicians certified in the following specialties: general surgery, cardiac surgery, neurosurgery, urology, orthopedics – traumatology, emergency medicine, internal medicine.

The program is open to representatives of other specialties, including infection prevention and control professionals, for whom USG scores are not required at this stage.

The program is two days long, 6 hours per day, and includes in-person learning. The training date will be determined based on the group’s composition. The training will be conducted by industry experts and professionals from the association.

After completing the program, you will know: basic principles of prevention of STIs, standard definitions and diagnosis of STIs, AMR-related and other IPC-related issues.
